What is your exchange/returns policy?
Athletikan offers a 14-day exchange policy after the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
To be eligible for an exchange within this period, your product must be:
- The wrong size
- In the same condition as sold in the original box
- You must have proof of purchase (Order # & Name)
Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for changes of mind. However, if you purchase the wrong size we will be happy to provide an exchange should we have that particular size in stock or swap for another product we do have in stock.

HOW TO RETURN:
Contact us at email@example.com to obtain an official Returns Form, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return
Note: Do not return an order without a returns form, it can't be attributed to you.
Once you have your Returns Form, please complete this and send your return to the address provided.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will organise this and dispatch your new item within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Athletikan cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us. Athletikan does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
How long is your warranty period?
Athletikan offers a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty
What is covered by the warranty?
Any errors caused by the manufacturing of the sneakers such as defects will be covered by warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Our 6 month warranty does not include any damage caused to the sneakers through everyday use. Sneakers are subject to wear and tear, it is important to take care of them.
How do I make a warranty claim if I believe there is an issue with my sneakers?
If you believe there is an issue or fault with your sneakers, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, order number and a detailed description.
